Land South was founded in 1992 as a professional asset management company and has aligned itself with some of the most respected names in the industry. Over the years, the company has built a reputation based on proven methods of success and transparent, solid relationships with investors and affiliates.

Our mission is to convert under-performing assets into profitable ventures with our investors. We accomplish this by developing short-term and long-term plans for future success.
Principal Officers
Carey Graham received a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics and Rural Sociology from Clemson University in 1982. Mr. Graham’s expertise includes residential and commercial development, rental property management, and dealing with governmental agencies involved in the development process. Mr. Graham has developed several commercial buildings including professional, retail, and restaurant establishments. He was a co-founder of Land South in December of 1992. Land South purchased nearly every asset class of non-performing loans from FDIC and the RTC which was active at the time.
Patrick Marino has a network of relationships around the United States to facilitate both the acquisition of, as well as the disposition of, non-performing assets. Mr. Marino has been a purchaser of all types of non-performing loans secured by commercial real estate, land, residential developments, aircraft, and equipment. He is integral in negotiations on behalf of Land South. Mr. Marino is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University and has been a past speaker at the New York University Shack Institute of Real Estate as well as serving on the board of directors of Friendship Medical Clinic.
